Shivani Parashar is a commercial and technology lawyer with over four years of experience advising digital and media businesses. She established Cipher Law to provide senior-level legal counsel with the commercial judgment and speed that high-growth environments demand.

Her practice covers the full commercial legal cycle: technology and SaaS agreements, intellectual property strategy, data protection compliance, product launch advisory and commercial dispute resolution. She has particular depth in digital media, content licensing and the creator economy.
